Oh how I'm dreading this 9:30 class lol. Good morning everyone. Have a great day !
Yes! Low manipulative styles, hair mask treatments, essential oils, little to no heat, hair vitamins, and deep conditioning weekly all promote healthy hair.
BUT - may we never forget the number one key to healthy hair growth.
➡️ Drinking plenty of WATER 💎💦
Your body needs its daily hydration just as much as your curls do! I try to maintain a gallon a day or following my Fitbit App that determines the amount of water intake I need according to my height and weight which is 1,893 ml (1/2 a gallon) but whose counting. If you can't stand those little plastic water bottles like myself, find a great motivator water bottle that may be easier to keep up with! Personally, I love camelbak. I carry one daily to work & I keep a back up in the car just in case I'm rushing one day and forget the one in my house. I also have my motivator gallon jug too 😅 I've been using on and off since January 2017.

My biggest natural hair issue is uneven shrinkage due to having multiple textures. To remedy this for wash and go styles, I stretch the tighter curls by banding or tension blow drying, then I scrunch the looser curls. What's your biggest issue with your natural hair?
