The amount of times I get asked "how do you manage to fit Exercise into your day as a busy, working mum?" Sometimes people ask because they are genuinely intrigued, whereas other times, it's just a judgement 😒
Let's get real.... 1. I have a love hate relationship with exercise. I sometimes hate it at the time but I love the way it makes me feel and how it transforms my mind and body💪🏽 2. Some judge that I'm being selfish because I'm not spending time with my daughter when I'm training. Firstly, if this is your opinion then just delete me now 💩. Secondly, I believe that I'm teaching my daughter to have pride in herself and what she's capable of, as well as living a happy and healthy lifestyle.
FYI.. my daughter's 3 and already knows how to do push ups and squats. She also understands that when I put my gym clothes on, that mum is going to train and she's cool with that👼🏼 3. As mums it's so important to take time out for yourself!! Whether it be to exercise, read a book or have a coffee, YOU NEED ALONE TIME!! 4. Where do I get the energy? I CHOOSE to use quality supplements that nourish my body, not only to help me recover but to cleanse my body entirely🌿
5. Where do I get the time? I don't have "spare" time, I make it a priority so everything else is scheduled around that. If possible, I prefer to train in the morning to avoid talking myself out of training all day ( we've all done that) but also, you won't be deterred by life's distractions as you would throughout the .
